The BNP Paribas Open, held annually in March, is the first of nine ATP World Tour Masters 1000 tournaments, showcasing the best men’s and women’s players at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden in Southern California, just outside Palm Springs. The BNP Paribas Open is the largest two-week combined ATP & WTA professional tennis tournament outside of the four majors and The Stadium 1 is the second largest in the world, offering 16,100 spectator seats.

The Tennis Garden’s beautiful landscaped grounds, covering 54 acres, also include a brand new, permanent Stadium 2, with 8,000 seats and three fine dining restaurants, including the world-famous Japanese restaurant Nobu. Prior to the 2017 tournament, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden underwent extensive renovations designed to enhance the overall fan experience, including substantial upgrades to Stadium 1. Ranging from a massive expansion of the Stadium Plaza to renovating all the suites and hospitality spaces to adding 21 new restaurants and concessions, the full-scale changes will continue to delight fans attending the BNP Paribas Open for years to come.
